Signals describe, they do not predict
A signal is a classification of observed price behavior. It says what the trend has been at a chosen resolution and the price at which that classification changes. It does not say where price will go. Signals can and do reverse shortly after they appear, particularly in sideways markets.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of all principal. Past performance, including the historical behavior of any signal, does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical or model results, where any are shown, have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, do not reflect actual trading or the impact of fees, slippage, and taxes, and no representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to them.
Conflicts of interest
THOR and its affiliates manage ETFs and separately managed accounts that buy and sell securities covered by this publication. The signals published here are impersonal research, not a view into any fund's positioning and not a fund trade. THOR's fund and managed-account positioning is discretionary, rule-driven, and applied on a time lag; a signal flip is not a portfolio change, and a covered ticker's signal may differ from how any THOR vehicle is positioned in it. Published fund holdings are the only source of truth on positioning. Where a THOR vehicle is known to hold a covered ticker, the signal card discloses it.
Data
Market data comes from third-party providers and can contain errors or be revised. Levels are computed in total-return-adjusted price space; where prices are shown as traded, the conversion is stated. Signals compute on completed sessions only.
