1. Who is responsible

THOR Financial Technologies, LLC is the controller of personal data collected through THOR Signals. Contact: welcome@thoranalytics.com, 327 W Pittsburgh St, Greensburg, PA 15601.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the Service needs to run:

• Account data — email address and authentication records.
• Billing data — subscription status and payment records held by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Product data — your watchlist tickers, email preferences, and the tickers you look up (used for quotas and abuse prevention).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request logs kept for security and rate limiting.
• Email engagement — delivery and open events from our email provider, Resend.

3. What we do with it

We use this data to deliver signals and briefs, personalize the brief to your watchlist, bill your subscription, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it except with the processors that run the Service — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and Resend (email) — each under its own data-protection terms, or where the law requires.

4. Email

Subscription briefs are part of the product. Every email carries a working unsubscribe; unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional email like receipts and password resets.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and product data are kept while your account exists. Delete your account from the account page (or by emailing us) and we remove your profile, watchlist, and email preferences; billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time at welcome@thoranalytics.com.

6. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions. No advertising trackers.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced by email before they take effect.
