Terms of Service
1. What this service is
THOR Signals ("the Service") is a subscription research publication of THOR Financial Technologies, LLC ("THOR," "we," "us"). It publishes impersonal market signals, levels, charts, and a daily brief to all subscribers on identical terms. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. Not investment advice; no advisory relationship
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in it is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; a recommendation of any security, strategy, or account type; or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Content is not tailored to your circumstances. Your subscription does not make you an advisory client of THOR or any affiliate, and no fiduciary relationship is created. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult your own advisers before acting on anything published here.
3. Trial, billing, and cancellation
New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually per your plan — until cancelled. You cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the period already paid. Prices may change with notice effective at your next renewal.
4. Refunds
Charges are refundable only as described here or where required by law. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded on request. Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to post. Partial periods after cancellation are not refunded.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
One account per person; keep your credentials to yourself. The Service's content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, systematically download, or republish signals, levels, or briefs; reverse-engineer the methodology; or use automated means to extract data beyond normal personal use. We may apply usage quotas and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and availability
Signals are computed from third-party market data on completed trading sessions. We work to keep the Service accurate and available but provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data can be late, wrong, or revised, and outages happen.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THOR and its affiliates are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees when the termination is not for breach.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
